T\u00falio is an agronomist graduated from the Federal University of Paran\u00e1 and has participated in training courses in the United States and the Netherlands (Wageningen University of Agriculture), in addition to several seminars at the Harvard Business School.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row rtl_reverse=”yes” el_class=”section_lideranca_show”][vc_column css_animation=”fadeIn” offset=”vc_col-lg-7 vc_col-md-7 vc_col-xs-12″][vc_column_text]Before joining Agrihold group, Paulo accumulated experience working in large companies in the agribusiness segment. In the United States, he worked for 4 years at Cargill Sementes. He also worked for 3 years at Monsanto-Brasil, where he initially acted as marketing coordinator and later as responsible for the creation of the University of Monsanto, aiming to train managers and executives. In 2001, he joined Agrotec as marketing officer and, in 2003, he assumed the position of sales officer at the company. Marcia studied Psychology at the Tuiuti Technological University, in Paran\u00e1.
